What makes this serum different from other firming serums? Most firming serums work through one mechanism which is typically a peptide blend or a single active. CAVIPLLA+O2 works through five simultaneously: PLLA for bio stimulatory structural support, Volufiline for fat pad volume, a four growth factor complex (EGF, bFGF, IGF-1, TGF-β) for renewal signaling, caviar extract for surface texture and nutrition, and a patented oxygen delivery system that enhances how all of these actives interact with the skin. 

What is the foam and is it safe? The foam is the oxygen exchange delivery system activating. It is not a surfactant reaction and does not contain hydrogen peroxide. As you massage the serum into the skin in circular motions, the formula oxygenates naturally, supporting microcirculation and enhancing absorption. It is safe, intentional, and a sign the formula is working correctly.

How long will the 30 ml size last? Three to four pumps covers the full face and neck. This is a dense, active-rich formula where a small amount is doing the work of product. The 30 ml usually last our clients 8 weeks. The 120ml offers proportionally better value for clients committing to the routine long term. PLLA results are cumulative, which means consistent use over weeks and months is where the investment pays off.

How long until I see results? Initial improvements in skin texture, radiance, and surface smoothness are often visible within the first few weeks of consistent use. The deeper benefits of PLLA like improved visible firmness and structural support are built over time with repeated application. 

What order does this go in my routine? After the HOP+ Pro Volumizing Mousse Cleanser and before the Promoter Repair Cell Moisturizer. If using the Pilleo Stem Cell Mist, apply it before this serum as a first step, then apply CAVIPLLA+O2, then moisturize. Mist can also be used after moisturizer as a finishing step.

Can I use this with other serums or active ingredients? CAVIPLLA+O2 can be layered with most skincare. Apply it before heavier creams and oils. Avoid using aggressive exfoliants or high concentration acids in the same routine step.  Introduce any new active gradually and allow the skin to adjust. 

Is this suitable for sensitive skin? Yes, the formula contains centella asiatica, ceramide NP, and dipotassium glycyrrhizate specifically to support skin comfort during use. It is designed for all skin types. Those with highly reactive skin should patch test before full face application. See the Patch Test tab for instructions.

Poly L Lactic Acid (PLLA) A biocompatible polymer with decades of clinical history in dissolvable surgical applications. Applied topically with consistent use, PLLA provides bio stimulatory support that contributes to improved skin structure and visible firmness over time. The cornerstone technology of the entire HOP+ system.

Oxygen Exchange Delivery System (Disiloxane / Isopentane) A patented delivery mechanism that generates a gentle foam on contact with skin during massage. This is not a surfactant or peroxide reaction — it is genuine oxygenation that supports microcirculation and enhances absorption of the actives carried in the formula.

Volufiline (Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Root Extract) A botanical active that targets the superficial fat pad, supporting adipose tissue formation in skin layers to restore visible volume and cushion. Works on a completely different structural target than PLLA — collagen scaffolding and fat pad volume addressed simultaneously.

4GF Growth Factor Complex (sh-Oligopeptide-1, sh-Oligopeptide-2, sh-Polypeptide-1, sh-Polypeptide-22) A four growth factor complex comprising EGF, bFGF, IGF-1, and TGF-β. Four distinct renewal signaling actives that support skin resilience and surface conditioning. This class of ingredient is more commonly found in professional clinical products than in consumer serums.

Caviar Extract Rich in amino acids, omega fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals that provide building blocks for optimal skin cell function. Contributes to improved surface texture, a more refined pore appearance, and a lifted, radiant finish over time.

Niacinamide A well researched form of vitamin B3 that supports more even skin tone, refined visible pore appearance, and stronger moisture barrier function.

Hold the bottle at a 90 degree angle and pump 3 to 4 times onto the palm or fingertips. Apply to clean, dry skin on the face and neck using circular motions. A soft foam will begin to develop as the oxygenation activates — continue massaging until the foam absorbs and disappears. Do not rush this step. The activation process is part of how the formula works.

Follow immediately with HOP+ Promoter Repair Cell Moisturizer. For maximum PLLA system results, use in combination with the HOP+ Pilleo Stem Cell Mist and Pro Volumizing Mousse Cleanser as part of a full HOP+ routine.

Use morning, evening, or both for best cumulative results.

Before using HOP+ CAVIPLLA+O2 Advanced Volumizing Serum for the first time, apply a small amount to clean skin on the inner forearm. Leave on for 24 hours, then rinse. If you do not notice redness, itching, or discomfort, the product can be used as directed on the face. If irritation occurs at any time, discontinue use and consult a skincare professional or medical provider.
