SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within the United States. Most orders are processed within 2 business days, but during weekends or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 4 business days. Once your order ships, youâll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Skin Accord is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information or carrier issues.
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Skin Accord is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their address is correct and delivery location are secure. Delivery disputes must be resolved directly with the carrier.

After a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Skin Accord cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or tampering that occurs during transit.

Any claims related to shipping issues should be directed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or other delivery service) for resolution.
RETURN POLICY
At Skin Accord, we want every experience to meet your expectations. All refunds require the original product to be returned so we can maintain the highest quality standards.
To initiate a return, you must log into your Skin Accord account and submit a return request from your Order History page. This ensures your request is properly documented and processed as quickly as possible.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all safety seals intact.
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5â7 business days. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days. After 7 days the return authorization expires, the shipping label is canceled, and the return will not be accepted.
We accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the frequency you select. After your first order, future charges occur directly to your credit card. Installment payments through Shop Pay only apply to your initial purchase.
