How the Skin Accord Ritual Works

The Skin Accord Ritual makes it easy to stay consistent with your skincare routine. Choose your preferred delivery frequency, and your products will automatically renew and ship on schedule — no need to reorder each time. Your saved payment method will be charged automatically before each renewal, ensuring you never run out of your essentials.

Skincare results are built on consistency. The Skin Accord Ritual helps you maintain steady results by keeping your regimen on track and your products replenished — effortlessly.

Auto-Replenish & Save

  • Choose “Auto-Replenish & Save” on eligible products.
  • Your first order ships at the product’s full price and standard shipping rate.
  • Recurring deliveries after the first order receive 10% off.
  • Benefits apply only to active recurring orders and can’t be combined with other promotions or applied to previous one-time purchases.
  • Auto-Replenish renews automatically on the schedule you select (every 1–3 months) and can be paused or canceled anytime.

  • Choose “Auto-Replenish & Free Shipping” on eligible products.
  • Your first order ships at the standard shipping rate.
  • From your second delivery onward, every recurring shipment includes complimentary shipping.
  • Free-shipping benefits apply only to active recurring orders and can’t be combined with other promotions or applied to previous one-time purchases.
  • Auto-Replenish renews automatically on the schedule you select (every 1–3 months) and can be paused or canceled anytime.

Price Adjustments

Product pricing and shipping rates are subject to change based on supplier or carrier adjustments. If a price change occurs, your Auto-Replenish subscription will update automatically to reflect the current product price at the time of renewal. Subscribers are always charged the rate displayed on the product page at the time each recurring order processes.


Can I use Shop Pay Installments?

You can use Shop Pay Installments for your initial (first) order. Subsequent orders will be charged directly to your credit card for the full amount.  


Can I pause or cancel my ritual?

Absolutely. You can manage your participation in The Skin Accord Ritual directly through your account once your first delivery has been received. Pausing or canceling is simple and can be done at any time before your next renewal.

Subscriptions that are canceled cannot be reactivated. If you wish to continue, a new subscription must be created under the current Skin Accord Ritual terms.

Subscriptions that are paused for more than two months will be automatically canceled. Benefits including discounts or free shipping do not carry over after cancellation and begin on subsequent recurring deliveries.

 

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

Update Products in The Skin Accord Ritual

You can add or remove items in your Ritual any time after your first delivery by signing in to your account. Changes apply to future renewals.

Add a product

  1. Log in and open Manage Subscriptions.
  2. Select your active subscription (for example #1004).
  3. In the Items section choose Edit.
  4. Find the product you want and click Add.
  5. Choose recurring to include it in every delivery or one time purchase to receive it once.
  6. Click Save.

Remove a product

  1. Log in and open Manage Subscriptions, then select your active subscription.
  2. In Items choose Edit next to the product you want to remove.
  3. Select Remove (or set quantity to zero, if shown).
  4. Click Save.

Helpful notes

  • Edits take effect on your next renewal.
  • If an upcoming order has already been processed or charged it will ship as scheduled and will follow our standard refund policy.
  • You can also pause or cancel your Ritual after your first delivery from the same account portal.

 

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If a renewal payment is unsuccessful, the system will automatically retry once within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email reminder to update your payment method before the next attempt.
If the second attempt also fails, your Skin Accord Ritual will be paused until payment details are updated. Please note: once a renewal has been successfully processed or charged, it cannot be canceled and will follow our standard refund policy.


Can I pick up my subscription if I am local?

Yes! You can choose to pick up your monthly subscription at our private facial suite at:
