🚫 Who is NOT a Candidate

For your safety, you may not be eligible if you are:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Currently on Accutane (isotretinoin) or have used it within the past 6 months

  • Have active cold sores, open lesions, eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the treatment area

  • Have a history of poor wound healing, keloid scarring, or uncontrolled diabetes

  • Have had recent facial surgery, injectable fillers, or laser treatments without proper healing time

  • Unable or unwilling to follow strict post-care instructions (including no picking, peeling, or unprotected sun exposure)

What to consider before booking

To ensure the best and safest results, please review these requirements before scheduling your peel:

  1. Plan for 7 Days of Visible Downtime

    • The peel is not painful, but you will experience visible peeling and shedding.

    • Avoid booking within 2 weeks of important events, photos, or times you must be publicly visible.

  2. Limit Sun Exposure

    • The skin is especially sensitive post-peel.

    • Do not schedule treatments around vacations, outdoor events, or periods of prolonged sun exposure.

  3. Be Available for Follow-Up

    • We require a brief phone or text check-in after your treatment to ensure post-care instructions are being followed correctly and a 7 day post peel follow-up appointment.

  4. Skin Health Comes First

    • We do not peel compromised or unhealthy skin barriers.

    • If, during your assessment, we determine your skin is not ready, we will instead perform a barrier-strengthening facial and provide supportive skincare samples.

    • In these cases, your deposit covers the consultation, Good Faith Exam, and the barrier-strengthening facial.
