After cleansing, apply a cool towel to the face to lower skin temperature before applying.

Dispense an appropriate amount and apply evenly across the face.

Gently pat to absorb — do not rub.

For reactive or stressed skin: apply a generous layer, leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then gently pat the remaining product into the skin or remove with a soft cloth.

Ways to use: As a lightweight daily moisturizer — one pump applied and patted in after toner or serum. As a deep moisture pack — apply a generous layer to dry or dehydrated skin and leave for 15 to 20 minutes. As a calming layer over sensitive or reactive skin — apply over your existing routine as a soothing finishing step. As an overnight sleeping mask — apply before bed and allow it to absorb through the night.
