Apply directly onto clean, dry skin. HOP+ Promoter Volumizing Gel can be used as a soothing gel (great for blemish-prone and sensitive skin) and as a conductive gel for ultrasound/microcurrent devices. It can also be used to hydrate your skin before applying makeup.
