Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you so we can deliver the highest level of care and attention. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, please review the booking guidelines below before scheduling your Korean Signature Facial.

Deposit & Booking Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied toward your service total at checkout. Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Membership & Subscriptions
If you are enrolled in the Skin Accord Korean Treatment Membership, your subscription can be managed anytime through your online account. Cancellations require 30 days’ notice by email to ensure proper billing adjustments. You may also request cancellation in person during your appointment.

Late Arrivals
To respect all scheduled clients, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation at the esthetician’s discretion.

Consultation Requirement
Each service begins with a brief skin analysis to customize your treatment. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or have used prescription skincare (such as retinoids or isotretinoin) within the last six months, please notify us prior to booking.
