Korugi Sculpting Facial Massage

Most facials work on the surface. This one works on the structure beneath it. Rooted in Japanese facial massage technique with origins in Korean bone manipulation tradition, the Korugi Sculpting Facial Massage addresses the muscles, fascia, and connective tissue that determine how the face sits and holds over time.

Each session begins with gentle body work to open the front fascial line before any facial work begins. Lymphatic drainage clears congestion and prepares the tissue, platysma and SCM release addresses the neck muscles pulling against facial lift, fascial skin rolling breaks adhesions tethering the skin to underlying tissue, and Korugi knuckle to bone sculpting repositions structure at the bony landmarks of the jaw, cheekbones, and forehead. Open to new and returning clients.

For deeper jaw release and enhanced midface lift, the Buccal Lifting Massage add-on incorporates gentle intraoral techniques performed with gloves before the Korugi lifting sequence begins. By releasing the deep muscles of the jaw from the inside, the surrounding tissue enters the sculpting portion of the treatment with significantly less resistance, producing a more visible lift at the midface and jawline. This combination is especially effective for clients who carry jaw tension, clench, or want the most structural result possible from a single session.

Please note:  Facial massage techniques work directly with the tissues of the face, so timing matters. If you’ve had neurotoxin injections or dermal filler within the last 3 months, or facial surgery within the last 12 months, we will need to wait before performing massage-based services to allow your tissue time to fully heal and settle.

Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. A deposit at booking secures it, with the remaining balance due at your visit.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will have their deposit converted to a Skin Accord e-gift card, redeemable toward a future booking or any product at skinaccord.com. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Please note: This treatment is not recommended for clients with active skin conditions, fever, acute inflammation, or those currently taking blood thinners. Botox or filler within the past 3 months requires rescheduling. History of face threads or facial surgery must be disclosed at consultation.
