What temperature water should I use? Cold water straight from the tap or chilled water from the refrigerator both work well. The colder the water, the more intense and sustained the cooling effect. Avoid extremely cold water directly as it can be uncomfortably cold. 

Can I use this after a professional treatment like a peel or microneedling? Yes. This mask is specifically suited for post treatment use. The cooling effect helps visibly calm redness and soothe the look of sensitivity after procedures that challenge the skin barrier. How much powder do I need per application? 3 to 5 shakes mixed with approximately 20 ml of cold water gives enough gel for a full face application.
