Is this a toner, a mist, or a moisturizer? It functions as all three depending on how you use it. As a prep step after cleansing it primes skin for serums. As a finishing step it sets and softens. Throughout the day it refreshes hydration without disturbing makeup or active ingredients underneath.

Is this safe for sensitive skin? Yes. The formula is fragrance free, Derma test Excellent, and contains Cynanchum Atratum Extract specifically for its calming properties. It is suitable for all skin types including reactive and sensitized skin.

Can I use this over makeup? Yes. The fine cream mist format is compatible with makeup application. Mist from a distance of 20 to 30cm and allow to settle without rubbing.

Hold the bottle 20 to 30cm from the face and mist evenly over clean skin. Can be used after cleansing as a prep step before serums, layered over makeup as a finishing mist, or applied throughout the day as a hydration refresh. Pat gently to encourage absorption. No rinsing required.

Before first use, apply a small amount of the Medi Pair Veil Cream Mist to the inner arm and wait 24 hours. If no redness, itching, or discomfort occurs, proceed with full face application. If irritation develops, rinse thoroughly and discontinue use.
