NeoGenesis NeoBrow is a brow serum for clients who want their eyebrows to look fuller, thicker, and healthier without harsh lash-style actives. It uses 60 percent S³RM® technology, NeoGenesis’ hair focused exosome based complex, to deliver signaling molecules from dermal papilla progenitor cells, adipose stem cells, and fibroblasts directly to the brow area.

This concentrated blend of stem cell released molecules works together with glycerin, amino acid glycine, zinc, and antioxidant plant extracts from larch wood, green tea, red clover, and Australian desert fruits to support the look of stronger, denser brows over time. NeoBrow is built around NeoGenesis’ S³RM® hair complex at sixty percent.
