Is Erase The Day safe to use around the eyes? Yes. The formula is gentle enough for use around the eye area (not directly in eyes)  and is effective at dissolving mascara, eyeliner, and eye shadow including waterproof formulas. Apply with a light hand and avoid direct contact with the eyes themselves. If any product gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Do I need to follow this with another cleanser? Yes. Erase The Day is designed as a first cleanse in a double cleanse ritual. Because it is an anhydrous, oil and silicone based formula, it should always be followed with a water based cleanser such as the NeoGenesis Cleanser to fully remove any remaining residue and leave the skin balanced and ready for the rest of your routine.

Can I use this if I have oily skin? Erase The Day is best suited for normal, dry, and combination skin types. Those with oily or acne prone skin may find the silicone and emollient base feels heavy or may not rinse away as cleanly with their preferred water based cleanser. A micellar water or cleansing balm may be a better fit for very oily skin types.

Can I use this to remove sunscreen even if I am not wearing makeup? Absolutely. Erase The Day is an excellent daily sunscreen remover even on days when you are not wearing makeup. Sunscreen, especially water resistant or mineral formulas, can be difficult to fully remove with a water based cleanser alone. Using Erase The Day as your first step ensures a thorough cleanse before your treatment products go on.

Dispense Erase The Day onto a cotton pad or into clean dry hands.
Gently massage over dry skin to dissolve makeup, sunscreen, and impurities, taking extra care around the eye area.
Wipe away with cotton or a soft cloth.
Follow with your preferred water based cleanser to complete your double cleanse ritual.
