Unlike standard hydroquinone creams, Perfect B is enhanced with a blend of natural antioxidants and plant-based brighteners — including kojic acid, licorice extract, and vitamin C — to reduce inflammation, support collagen production, and promote skin health while correcting discoloration.

Key Ingredients

• Hydroquinone 4% – The only FDA-approved medical-grade ingredient for lightening pigmentation by inhibiting tyrosinase activity.

 How the Process Works

1. Schedule Your Consultation
Book your initial consultation online and provide your full name, phone number, and email.

2. Submit Payment
You’ll receive a secure invoice for your consultation + product. Payment must be submitted before confirmation of consult .

3. Complete Intake Forms
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive secure medical intake and consent forms through our medical record system. You’ll also upload a few photos of your skin for review.

4. Provider Review
Our licensed medical provider will review your forms and photos and reach out to you, then complete your consultation. If Perfect A is appropriate, they will authorize your prescription.

5. Product Shipped
After your consult is complete, your Perfect A will be shipped directly to you.

6. Easy Reorders
Your consultation is valid for one year. During that time, you may reorder Perfect A or Perfect B without an additional consult.

Consultation Payment Agreement (PLEASE READ)

We are happy to provide The Perfect A through our medical partnership, ensuring safe and compliant access to prescription-strength skincare.

Consultation Payment Agreement

• A one-time medical consult is required before purchase.

• The consult fee includes provider oversight and documentation valid for one year. This is included in the price. 

• Once your consultation has been completed, the consult fee ($40) is non-refundable.

• After we receive your request, a secure payment link will be emailed to confirm your appointment.

• If payment is not submitted, your request will remain pending.

FSA/HSA Payment Eligibility
Under certain conditions, The Perfect B may qualify for FSA/HSA reimbursement when accompanied by a Letter of Medical Necessity. This applies when the product is prescribed for medical concerns such as:

• Acne

• Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (acne-related discoloration)

• Photoaging or sun damage

Patients may pay with their HSA/FSA card at checkout of you can submit your receipt and medical documentation for reimbursement through your benefits provider.
