This is an oxygenating spicule serum that works like a professional resurfacing treatment you can do at home. The moment it touches your skin it starts to bubble, releasing oxygen and activating 30,000 ppm of biological spicules that create micro channels in the skin surface. Those channels do two things simultaneously: they clear out dead skin, congestion, blackheads, and excess sebum, and they open a direct pathway for six pro-aging peptides to absorb deeper than any standard serum can reach.

 

A prickly or tingling sensation during and after application is completely normal and expected. This is the spicules working beneath the skin surface and the sensation can continue for up to 72 hours.

What does the tingling or prickling feeling mean? The tingling sensation is the spicules activating beneath the skin surface and is completely normal. It can last anywhere from a few hours to 72 hours. The more you rub or press, the more intense the treatment. Apply a calming moisturizer after — we recommend the Dermathod Ami Sterol Cream for non-acne prone skin. 

 

Is the O2 Tox Peel safe for sensitive skin? It can be used on sensitive skin but we recommend starting with once every two weeks  and monitoring how your skin responds. The Centella Asiatica Complex in the formula helps calm the skin during treatment. If you have very reactive skin, consult a skincare professional before starting.

 

Can I use the O2 Tox Peel and the Priming Peel Pads in the same routine? Not on the same night. Both are active treatments and should not be layered. Alternating them on different nights is a great way to build a complete resurfacing routine once your skin is comfortable with each product individually. We recommend spacing them at least a week a part for first time use. 

 

Why should I not rinse this off? The spicules and peptides need time to absorb and work beneath the skin surface. Rinsing removes the active ingredients before they can complete the treatment. Leave it on and follow with moisturizer instead.

Usage Caution

  1. During or after use in case of skin irritation including red spot, swelling, or itching caused by direct sunlight or side-effect occurs, get a consultation from a dermatologist.

  2. Do not use on open wounds and around the eyes.

  3. Stop immediately using the product once you have skin reactions including rash, inflammation, and allergies.

Directions 

Start with clean skin. Apply 4 to 5 pumps evenly across the face, neck, and chest. Wait for the bubbling action to start, then gently pat the serum into the skin. Do not rinse off. Follow with a moisturizer to seal everything in.

Use once per week. For resilient skin, twice weekly is an option. Avoid combining with other exfoliating products on the same night. SPF the following morning is not optional.
