Mandelic Acid 8%
An alpha hydroxy acid with a relatively large molecular size that lifts away dead surface cells more gradually than glycolic acid. Mandelic acid is known for helping to smooth texture, reduce the appearance of blemishes, visible scarring, and discoloration, and support a clearer and more even looking complexion, with a gentler feel than many other acids.

Lactic Acid
A secondary alpha hydroxy acid used here at a lower level to help maintain an ideal pH and provide additional mild exfoliation. Lactic acid is also a humectant, so it supports both surface smoothing and hydration for skin that feels softer and more supple over time.

Hydration and Barrier Support
(Propanediol, Glycerin, Sodium PCA)
A blend of humectants that draw water into the outer layers of the skin and help maintain a smoother, more cushioned feel. Sodium PCA is one of the components of the skin’s natural moisturizing factor, while propanediol and glycerin improve glide and help offset the potential dryness of an exfoliating serum.

After cleansing, apply one pump of Mandelic Acid 8% to the face and gently massage into the skin. Use once daily, either in the morning or evening, followed by your chosen serums and moisturizer. Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen during the day when using exfoliating acids.

For skin that is new to acids or more sensitive, start with two or three nights per week and increase frequency as tolerated. Avoid using on the same night as other strong exfoliants or prescription strength retinoids unless guided by a professional routine.
