Is NeoLash safe if I have lash extensions? NeoLash is generally compatible with lash extensions. However, it is best to apply the serum along the lash line at the skin rather than directly onto the extensions themselves. Allow the serum to dry completely before any other product or adhesive contact. If you are unsure, consult with your lash technician before adding a new serum to your routine.

Will this darken my eyelids or change my eye color? No. NeoLash is formulated without prostaglandins, which are the ingredient class responsible for eyelid darkening and iris pigmentation changes seen with some pharmaceutical lash products. NeoLash does not carry these risks and is safe for daily use on both the upper and lower lash lines.

How long does it take to see results? Lash serums work gradually in line with the natural lash growth cycle. Most users begin to notice a difference in the appearance of lash fullness and density after four to six weeks of consistent daily use. For the most complete results, allow two to three months of uninterrupted use before evaluating the full effect.

Is NeoLash safe during or after cancer treatment? NeoLash is listed by NeoGenesis as oncology friendly. It is formulated without prostaglandins, harsh pharmaceuticals, or aggressive actives, making it a gentle option for those whose lashes have been affected by medical treatments. Can I use this on my lower lashes too? Yes. NeoLash is safe for use on both upper and lower lash lines. Apply along the lower lash line in the same way as the upper, drawing a fine line at the base of the lashes using the applicator brush.

How is NeoLash different from NeoBrow? NeoLash and NeoBrow share the same S³RM® hair complex at 60% and many of the same supporting ingredients, but they are each formulated and packaged specifically for their intended area. NeoLash has an applicator brush designed for precise lash line application, while NeoBrow is designed for brow application. They are not interchangeable and are best used together for a complete lash and brow routine.

Directions

1. Start with clean, dry lashes. Remove eye makeup and ensure the lash line is free of oil. 

2. Remove excess serum from the NeoLash applicator brush.

3. Draw a fine line along the upper lash line, directly onto the base of the lashes, as you would with a liquid liner. If desired, repeat along the lower lash line. 

4. Use once daily, ideally in the evening.

5. Allow the serum to dry for about two minutes before applying other eye products or going to bed.

6. Use consistently for best cosmetic results. NeoLash is safe for both upper and lower lashes and is oncology friendly.
